Ramblers Group

U3A Ramblers Programme

U3A Ramblers Group leader:  marcuslapthorn@gmail.com

Marcus Lapthorn; 01367 242559 and 07811942108

Dogs:  Dogs are welcome on walks unless otherwise stated. Dogs should be kept under close control and on a short lead on roads, near livestock or sensitive wildlife and wherever the Walk Leader requires it. If your dog is chased by an animal it is safer to let your dog off the lead.

Length of U3A Rambles:  These will generally be circular walks between 5 and 6.5 miles and there will usually be a pub or cafe stop at the end. The pace will be moderate and there will be a short break for drinks about half way. It is helpful if you can let the walk leader know you are coming, to enable car sharing to be arranged
